KIGACON 2018 is excited to announce the return of Vocaloid music-producer and illustrator AKI GLANCY (EmpathP of Vocamerica) & voice actor PAUL ST PETER (of Naruto and Kingdom Hearts). We are also excited to announce the appearance of film, stage, and voice-actress Rachael Messer (of My Hero Academia, Fairy Tail, and Disney Channel's Polaris Primetime) and musical talent DJ PonFetti.
